Eight homesites is the whole inventory. That is deliberate.
We would rather build eight houses we can stand behind than forty we cannot keep up with. It also means the person who answers your call is the person who walks your framing.
What we include as standard is where we would rather compete than on sticker price — 9 ft ceilings, Zip System sheathing, R-38 insulation, a conditioned crawlspace, and granite or quartz counters.
Because we build across two states, we have had to get good at working with buyers who cannot drive out every weekend. If you are relocating, we will walk the homesite on video and send you the plan set and the plat before you commit to anything.
Do not see a subdivision near you? We build on your lot too. Bring us the land and one of the thirty plans, and we will price it.
